Review

This book is a SLOW BURN! The action really doesn’t kick in till the last 25% of the book, but man was it worth it! The vivid descriptions really enhanced the atmosphere and it definitely felt like a modern gothic horror novel.

The characters were not likable but I still enjoyed my time with it. I hated Reid with a passion.

You should read this one if you enjoyed Salem’s Lot, Rosemary’s Baby, and The Strain.
