I REALLY enjoyed my time reading this book. I got completely absorbed into the story. I loved the writing style and how parts of the book were in second-person narration. I also liked getting the POV of the October Boy. I didn’t see the big twist coming and it worked for me!
It felt a bit like Pumpkinhead and The Purge had a baby and those are two of my favorite movies. Now, Let’s talk about the movie because it just came out on demand. I LOVED it! It is the perfect Halloween movie filled with creepy scenes and gore. It took a different direction than the book but I loved the new take!
